I started this project as an anatomy study, and it became my base biped mesh (after dozens of edge-flow iterations). This particular geometry serves as a solid starting point for my humanoid characters. I sculpted most of the body in about 7 months on/off. Then I spent about a week refining the head. However, the geometry was the part that took the most in terms of iterations and approaches. This is a production-ready mesh, with 30,034 faces in its level 0, 10 uv tiles for texturing and 30.754 million active points inside ZBrush.
